Perverse Happiness

I cannot adequately describe how happy it makes me when I see on the internet that the temperature tonight in my hometown, Waupaca WI, is -6 degrees. I am sure that if I was home (not in Naples FL where it is presently 77 degrees) I would not be commenting on this phenomena!

Today we-of-the-good-Irish-Marriage genre took the Naples trolley car tour. This was after I dropped the Princess off at the beach, before dawn, with her Starbucks in one hand and her shell bag in the other. I just sat and read until she was done. After all, it was still dark!
